From Day 1 · Make Coming Home Easier

“A doorway is where one part of your day becomes another. If your first movement at home is stepping around bags, searching for keys, or balancing the post on a crowded shelf, your entrance is asking for work before you have settled. Today, give this small area a clear purpose: help you arrive. You do not need a grand hallway, a particular compass direction, or an ornament. A hook, an existing bowl, or one corner of a shelf can be enough.”

Today's practice: Notice the arrival · Move three small things · Choose the landing place · Rehearse once
